Do you remember the feeling of coming home from the mall with your mom and putting on a fashion show for your dad to show off everything you purchased? Or the rush that came with buying a new top, and sending a pic of your Friday night ‘fit to the group chat to get your friends’ collective stamp of approval?

I live for the feeling of sharing and celebrating great buys with the people close to me. And who closer than my paid subscribers? Think of this post like a Facetime from me, eager to haul all of this week’s purchases for your entertainment.

Monday was the sole sunny day of the week, and eager to make the most of it, I took the ferry to FiDi and strolled from shop to shop. I did, however, spend the majority of the day putzing around Printemps, downtown’s new favorite department store fresh from France. I went ISO a fresh pair of espadrilles for the season, and left with a select few treats from the retailer’s famed Beauty Hall, too.

Today, I ran around in between events and popped into everyone’s favorite pharmacy, C.O. Bigelow. What began as a quest for hand soap quickly turned into a treat for Pat here, a hair accessory there. I also picked up the good pistachios from the Citarella right across the way — my favorite errands duo to complete when I’m hopping on the 9th Street PATH train home.
